Companies who deal in fresh lead generation often trick their prospective leads into signing up in order to get free promotions. So as you can imagine, the leads that they have generated aren\'t going to be responsive and may even report you as a spammer because they have forgotten that they have signed up as an opt-in lead. Lead Capture Pages A well written lead capture page can offer an interested party the option of requesting more information on a product or opportunity. As the person has chosen to give their details, like name and e-mail address, it means that they are very interested in what you have to offer. Auto responders are an efficient method of letting a lead or interested party know that you have acknowledged their request and will contact them shortly. The best thing about an auto responder is it\'s time saving features. It sends the same message each time an e-mail is received. You don\'t have to be around to answer each one personally. This leaves you more time to develop your market. There are many uses for auto responders, some of which include: * Answering requests for more information, * Pass word retrieval, * News paper or E-zine delivery, * Customer support, * Opt in mailing lists, * Visitor follow ups * Invoices, receipts and electronic product delivery.
